Shipping & Return Policy

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders will be shipped out the same day for next business day delivery if the initial order is received before 2pm CDT. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. Free Shipping is only available to residences within the city of Winnipeg area and must meet a minimum order of $59.00 before tax. Standard shipping rates will apply for all other areas. *Shipments placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety concerns some of our products cannot be returned. Products that cannot be returned include any consumable/edible product(s) such as coffee, teas, hot chocolate and specialty beverages; and any item(s) marked as “Final Sale”.

Returns & Exchanges
If you have purchased your item(s) online and wish to return them, and you meet the below criteria, please email .  Please include your name, order number and reason for return; you will then receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) acknowledgment on the issue within 2 business days.  Once we authorize the return and you have shipped the product(s) back, we will then issue a credit back onto the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Must be within 15 days of purchase and the product(s) must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.
ALL merchandise requires an RMA number issued by Gourmet Coffee Specialists Ltd. for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
Return shipping is at returnees’ expense, will not cover the cost of return shipping. Nor will original “shipping and handling” fees be eligible for refund as these are deemed non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper use or setup.
Please note that will not refund any final sale item(s) or consumable product(s).

Damaged Product
Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and contact  

Product Warranty
All product warranty coverage after 30-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer.  Gourmet Coffee Specialists Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
